We are looking for a Designer

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Biblical Creative Designer to join our growing ministry team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves both Scripture and visual design—someone who can think deeply about theology while also creating beautiful, colorful, information-rich educational products. Applicants must have formal education in Greek & Hebrew, so that they can quickly parse and translate.

Here is an example of a 4×6inch sticker sheet which we mail out to our membership every month. These stickers are used in Bibles, so they often contain at least one word study, theological definitions, countless cross references, and detailed art to take Bible studies deeper. This is a good example of the design tasks necessary for this job. Applicants will have this task of making theologically rich stickers that are information rich as well as aesthetically pleasing.

Anticipated Tasks:

  • Monthly Patreon stickers- I provide a bullet list of the information I want on the stickers, applicant designs the monthly stickers according to the themes/style of the series, proofreading and double checking word studies and verse references.

  • Building out a catalogue of “sticker studies”- this is separate from the monthly stickers that are mailed to my Patreon, these are separate thematic studies on various Biblical topics, containing theology, tons of cross references, and word studies. I would provide bullet lists of the content for the stickers, and the sticker designs would be produced with again: proofreading and double checking word studies and verse references. My goal is for our team to produce a new sticker study biweekly or at least monthly to build up a catalogue that walks the student through the entire Bible with depth.

  • Weekly word study worksheets- every week the team produces a word study sent through email and occasionally posted on socials. Designer would have the task of proof reading this content, converting it to visuals for socials, and possibly creating a worksheet for this email or stickers off the content.

  • Course worksheets and stickers- With my large catalogue of courses, I am working to create additional resources which support the customer experience, namely improving/adding worksheets and stickers. Designer would watch through courses and create proposed worksheets and stickers to aid the students in their completion of the coursework.

  • Converting downloads to Manufactured product- I have 1 page summaries of each book of the Bible which need to be updated, enhanced, and formatted for manufacturing

  • Brand Merch assets- building out creative branding and merch to continue community nerdiness- beautiful word studies and verse mappings which reflect what students have learned in various content through the medium of brand merch. There will also be the occasional retreat or course design- taking a theological concept and turning it into a fresh new branded vision.
